The other half of learning is assessment.   Without assessment, we would never know if we achieve our carefully planned learning outcomes.   From assessment planning, to signature assessments, to building rubrics, and assessment data analysis, Dr. Smolka can provide the support needed for you to provide the evidence that your learners are meeting their goals.

With over 10 years of experience coaching doctoral students through the dissertation process, Dr. Smolka has created time-tested strategies to develop a "simple-but-eloquent' dissertation plan.  Her coach style scaffolds the learner to success by building a strong relationship that lasts beyond the defense of the dissertation and the conferring of the degree.    She thrives in the 1:1 interaction and treasures the relationship that is developed.  Through a combination of video conferencing and specific, detailed feedback within the document, you'll feel that you are sitting next Dr. Smolka in her office.
